SURI offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase on all fine jewelry items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
SURI 提供買購日計算一年期間的限定保嚴服務,適用於所有精品珠寶上,保嚴項目限於在正常使用情況下的所有材質與工藝上的製造性緯陷。
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, tarnishing, or discoloration
- Loss of gemstones due to impact or neglect
本保嚴不包括:
- 因使用不當、意外事故或未經授權修理或改造所造成的損壞
- 一般耐用性損耗,如劃痕、黏麟或交色
- 因碰擊或未慎保握而導致的寶石違失
💼 Warranty Claim Procedure | 保嚴據理流程
To submit a claim:
- Contact us via email or in-store within the warranty period.
- Provide your original receipt and detailed description or photos of the issue.
- Our team will evaluate your claim and notify you if it is covered under warranty.
如需據理:
- 請於保嚴期間內給予我們電子郵件或店面聯絡
- 提供原始發票和關於問題的詳細說明或照片
- 我們將進行評估,確認是否符合保嚴條件
If covered, repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge. If not covered, we will offer a quotation for any service needed.
若符合保嚴條件,我們將免費進行修理或替換。若不符合,我們將提供實成有效的供服供價。
